Acceptance & Eligibility

By using www.molimorfmcg.com  and purchasing our natural food products & Girnes home cleaning products, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ years old and use the Site for personal purposes only.

Products & Pricing

  • Products: Natural food items & Girnes cleaning products.
  • Images are representational; actual product may vary.
  • Prices in INR; subject to change without notice.
  • All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.

Order & Payment

  • Order confirmed only after payment verification.
  • Accept: Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.
  • Secure payment gateways; we don’t store card details.
  • Orders cannot be modified after placement.

NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No returns accepted on any products (food or cleaning).
  • No refunds issued under any circumstances.
  • No cancellations after 2 hours from order placement.

Exceptions (At Our Discretion Only):

  • Wrong product delivered (report within 24 hours with photos, product unopened)
  • Damaged/defective item (report within 24 hours with proof)
  • Non-delivery due to our stock unavailability

Delivery

  • Pan India Delivery: 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery time starts after order processing.
  • Provide an accurate address; we're not responsible for wrong details.
  • Rural areas may take longer.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use products as intended (food for consumption, cleaners for cleaning)
  • Follow usage instructions on labels
  • Check products immediately upon delivery

Intellectual Property

  • Site content, logos, "Molimor" & "Girnes" are our property
  • No copying, distributing, or modifying without permission

Liability Limitations

  • Natural products: Consume before expiry, store properly
  • Cleaning products: Use as directed, test patch first
  • Not liable for misuse, allergies, or indirect damages
  • Maximum liability limited to order value
