OUR POLICY: NO RETURN, NO REFUND
At Molimor, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, to maintain competitive pricing and efficient service, we operate under a strict NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy for all purchases made through www.molimorfmcg.com.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Products We Do Not Accept Returns For:

- All [Product Category 2, e.g., sale/clearance items].
- All [ Natural food as well as home cleaning products].
- Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
- Any product not in its original condition.
Situations Not Covered for Refunds:
- Change of mind or incorrect order placement.
- Finding a better price elsewhere.
- Delayed shipping or delivery (unless the guaranteed delivery date was missed due to our error).
- Minor cosmetic differences from product images.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
EXTREMELY LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
We will only consider the following scenarios, at our sole discretion:
1. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.
Requirements:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Include your original order number.
- Possible Resolution: We may arrange for the correct item to be shipped after receiving the incorrect one back.
2. Defective or Damaged Item
If an item arrives physically damaged or non-functional.
Requirements:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs/video showing the damage or defect
- The damage must be from manufacturing or shipping, not from use
- Include your original order number
- Possible Resolution: We may replace the item or issue store credit.
